What happens to the details and photos you send us.
Who we are
compositebonding.ie is run by Bartlomiej Standa, trading as Elevate Ireland (Irish registered business name 790663), Co. Dublin. Contact: hello@compositebonding.ie.
What we collect
From the request forms: what you'd like done, your county, timing, your first name, phone number and, if you give it, your email. From the smile preview: the same, plus the photo you upload and the preview made from it.
Why
To make your preview, send it to you, and pass your request to one registered dental practice near you so it can contact you about it. We do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Who we share it with
One dental practice near you. To make your preview, your photo goes through our own server to Google's Gemini service, which processes it for us. Our hosting and messaging providers process the data on our behalf. We never sell your details or add them to marketing lists. Please only upload a photo of yourself.
How long we keep it
Your photo and preview are stored encrypted. Reply DELETE to any message, or email us, and they're removed within 72 hours with your details. Otherwise we keep requests for up to 12 months.
Analytics
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which stores nothing that identifies you, and we record anonymously how far people get through the forms.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@compositebonding.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
